How Do I Contact Ryanair?
Contacting
I am one of the many who has been affected by the volcanic ash.
Now I do understand it how badly this has hit the airlines and I’m even willing to say it’s unfair to assume that a low frills airline should pay hotel /food other costs when you bought your tickets so cheaply.
I have done their online application for refunds of the flights (one flight was reinstated just hours before take off but by that point unusable by me) but I have heard no response. I have tried calling several times but have been cut off and made to wait. In fact I have never actually got through to anyone on the phones.
The website doesn’t include and email address and they don’t respond when I reply to theirs.
Realistically what more is there to do?
Does anyone know of other numbers/ emails worth contact for Ryanair or do I need to get on my bike to them!
Their handling of the whole situation is enough to put me off using them again.
Thank you so much in advance.

I have just received a cheque for £499 from Ryanair, my claim was for over £1000.
After waiting for so long with all the e mails and letters and phone calls, I have accepted it. My advice is to keep contacting them, they are paying all claims, but only a few a week (I was informed on the phone one day !)
Caroline
Sarah, I suggest you try writing to your MP or MEP, like Danny did (3rd November). I used the Irish Small Claims Court, but I think that only worked because my case was very simple – I was just trying to get RA to pay what they’d already explicitly promised. More complicated cases may need the more personal approach. Give it a try!
